Candidate contact details — including email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and resume — are not shared with employers by default. Employers see compatibility signals, not direct contact information.
Contact information is only made available after the candidate individually reviews and approves a contact reveal request submitted by an employer. Each request is reviewed separately. Contact sharing is never automatic.
Candidates may approve or decline any contact reveal request at any time. Declining a request does not affect a candidate's profile, matches, or standing on the platform.
Candidates should not upload information they do not want reviewed for compatibility matching purposes. Transferly.Pro uses uploaded information to generate compatibility signals for employers participating in the governed workflow.
Transferly.Pro uses Supabase as infrastructure. Supabase is infrastructure, not governance. Governance decisions — including contact reveal approval — are enforced at the application layer, not the database layer alone.
