Employer verification helps reduce misuse, improve marketplace trust, and provide candidates with additional context about employers participating in transfer-aware hiring workflows.

• Verified Employer — employer identity has been reviewed by Transferly.Pro.
• Sponsorship Claimed — employer has stated sponsorship openness. This is a self-reported claim.
• Sponsorship Verified — supporting sponsorship evidence may have been reviewed where available.

• Verification does not guarantee sponsorship capability or intent.
• Verification does not mean Transferly.Pro endorses the employer.
• Sponsorship Claimed does not mean sponsorship is confirmed or guaranteed.
• Sponsorship Verified does not mean sponsorship approval is guaranteed for any candidate.

Employers remain responsible for all hiring, sponsorship, compliance, and immigration-related decisions regardless of verification status. Transferly.Pro does not make hiring recommendations.

Transferly.Pro may request additional information, reject verification requests, suspend employer accounts, or revoke verification at any time without notice if misuse or misrepresentation is identified.
